Craig Wood, a Vice President of Development, leads the acquisition and development of projects across asset classes in Greater Boston including mixed-use, retail, commercial office, market & affordable residential, and life science with STEM training uses. Since joining Related Beal in 2015, he has been an integral part of many mixed-use projects including The Quinn & The Harris, Channelside, and The Beverly. In addition, he oversees a robust pipeline of acquisition, development, and asset management for the Seaport / South Boston life science portfolio.
Prior to joining Related Beal, Mr. Wood worked on the investment team at a boutique equity investment platform in San Diego, California. He received Bachelor of Arts and Bachelor of Science degrees from Vanderbilt University. He is an Emerging Leaders board member for the United Way of Massachusetts Bay and Merrimack Valley.
